Survey on Participation in European Space Missions

For the multiannual programming of the national space policy in the scientific domain, the Netherlands Space Agency (NLSA) is mapping the involvement and ambitions of Dutch scientists in current and future European space missions and programmes. This survey targets researchers in:

  • Earth observation / earth and environmental sciences
  • Planetary science
  • Astronomy / astrophysics

Examples of European programmes include:  

Astronomy / planetary science

  • Missions within the ESA science programme
  • ESA Exploration-programme
  • Participation in instrument or science consortia

Earth observation / earth and environmental sciences

  • ESA Earth Explorers
  • Science for Society projects
  • Other ESA ITTs
  • Participation in a DISC
  • Copernicus programme, Sentinels
  • Copernicus services development
  • Horizon Europe
