The European Union implements its space policy through the European Union Agency for the Space Programme (EUSPA). EUSPA works on providing safe and reliable European satellite navigation services, promotes the commercialisation of data and services from Galileo, EGNOS, and Copernicus, and is involved in secure satellite communication (GOVSATCOM and IRIS2). It also manages the EU Space Surveillance and Tracking (SST) Front Desk, the system that monitors objects in space around Earth.

The Netherlands Space Agency sees significant opportunities for space activities for the Netherlands within the EU. With an intensive and coordinated approach, and the right investments, we can make a crucial contribution to the critical European space infrastructure of the future.
